This is who I am

Musically fit

Throughout my life, I have pursued various passions, but the two most prominent have been music and physical fitness. Notably, I have had the privilege of being surrounded by inspiring individuals, particularly my parents. My Mom, a dedicated Doctor and fitness enthusiast, serves as a constant source of motivation. Despite the weather conditions, she diligently engages in strenuous workouts at the gym and participates in city and corporate-sponsored runs. On the other hand, my Dad, a renowned musician, engineer, producer, and writer, has received numerous prestigious awards, including Grammy, Stellar, and Dove awards. It is no exaggeration to state that my talents and passions are a product of their influence.

My musical journey began at the tender age of four when I actively participated in church school, city choirs, and various other musical groups in Franklin, Tennessee, near Nashville. In addition to singing, I have honed my skills in piano playing, dancing, and acting.

While still having fun and working with music, I developed a keen interest in sports, particularly track and field, at the age of five. I excelled in the hammer and discus throw, achieving notable success, including earning all-conference honors for the women's weight and hammer throw during my college years at Samford University. In 2019, I graduated with a degree in communications. My life has always been characterized by a multifaceted approach, as I simultaneously attended school, coached and trained, engaged in singing, and released music.

Following a transformative weight loss journey, where I shed more than 45 pounds, I dedicated myself even more diligently to my music, acting, and fitness endeavors. I released several singles, which can be found in the music section of my website, performed numerous covers on YouTube, and relocated to Atlanta.

Currently, I hold the certification of a trainer and can be found either in the studio or the gym. For individuals seeking to enhance their overall health and well-being, I invite you to contact me to discuss your goals and aspirations.
